The College conducts regular soft skills and communication training Programme, with special focus on training in Interview techniques, for its final year students,Many deserving students got selected in the Campus Interview. Dr. Joseph Xavier, Department of Management Studies, Dr. Mohana Sundaram, Department of English, Mrs. S. Narmadha Devi, Department of Computer Science are doing a good job as the Placement Coordinators.

Campus Placement :

Our college students got placement in the following companies. The selected students would be joining their duties immediately after completion of their final semester exams.

Our college has organized MEGA JOB MELA on 21/02/2019 in our college. Totally 16 companies participated and nearly 600 students of various colleges from Madurai Theni Dindigul Viruthunagar Districts attended, 70 of them were served appointment orders, another 150 members are in the shortlisted list. 69 Final year students were selected in Campus Interview held during March 2017 in Mary Matha College by Sterlite Copper, IDBI, Alcon Technologies, FinBud, Progressive Infovision, Techruit, Jeevarekha Textiles and Varnik Systems. The selected students would be joining their duties immediately after completion of their final semester exams.

29 final year students were selected in Campus Interview held on March12, 2016, in Mary Matha College by ICICI Bank, Usha Fire Safty.The selected students would be joining their duties immediately after completion of their final semester exams.

30 final year students were selected in Campus Interviews held on March 10,2016 in Mary Matha College by Eureka Forbes Ltd. The selected students would be joining their duties immediately after completion of their final semester exams.
